Dr. Albrecht’s medical training and decades of experience guide him in evaluating and treating patients. His experience with his own loved ones helps him care for you and yours. “Being fully aware that a patient’s family members care as much for them as I did for my own parents is so important. My own family and life events have given me a deeper understanding of patient’s needs”.

Our Radiation Oncology Doctor, Dana P. Hansen, MD

Dana P. Hansen, M.D.

Dr. Hansen earned his medical degree at the University of Minnesota. He served as Director of Health Services and Officer-In-Charge of the Wilcox Army Clinic in Fort Drum, New York, before returning to the University of Minnesota Hospital for residency training in radiation oncology. He is board certified in radiation oncology since 1988 and a member of the American Society for Therapeutic Radiation Oncology (ASTRO). He is a member of the medical staff of Clifton Springs Hospital & Clinic and other major hospitals in the Finger Lakes region. Dr. Hansen lives with his wife and children in Victor, New York.

Dr. Hansen’s philosophy is: The more information he can give a patient and his or her family members, the better the chance they will feel at ease and prepared for their course of treatment. “I try to touch on all questions I believe patients want me to answer. I am an information giver.”
